LEADER helps Chinu's International, Mumbai in their Garment
Export Business Expansion by Solution Design & Implementation.
Need
for Change : Since from the company foundation, whole
business process was manual and paper based. Over the
years, due to global Business expansion, Chinu's International
faced a typical problem of managing their Business data
manually. With a view to make an optimum utilization of
their Business data, COMPUTER LEADER undertook the challenge
of providing the real Business Solution that helps them
in growing their business efficiently. Current architecture
of the Chinu's Business Process is the whole transformation
of their manual business processes into computerized process
as a part of global business expansion requirement. This
transformation shows the positive outcomes in improving
the whole productivity of their Garment Export Business.
Our
Role : COMPUTER
LEADER done the role of an implementation partner with
the responsibility for :
Ø Finalization of scope of the initiative & business case
preparation.
Ø Business Requirements Analysis of different departments.
Ø Chalking out roll-out plan with team of different departments
like Marketing, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Accounts
& Administration for the Business data integration and
finally with Business Heads also.

Completion of Process Mapping & Data flow maps between
multiple business process with prioritization as per the
functional requirements
Ø Technical Assessment of proposed solutions & bench marking
the potential solutions using design of experiments.
Ø Performed discovery task with Chinu's International
team at Mumbai office for the study of actual / designed
technical architecture of the whole application that could
be leveraged at Chinu's for Business needs.
Ø Evolve the 'TO-BE' Process Maps / IT Solutions and validate
the same with Business/ IT Heads.
Ø Solution Architecture, Development and Implementation.
